vimai.jp introduces the ViMai application ecosystem. By using the site you agree to use the information to learn about products, not to impersonate the brand, and not to attack the infrastructure.
Scope
Product pages describe intended or in-progress features. Status labels (idea, development, coming soon, available) appear on each product. App Store, Google Play, Japanese national exams and other third-party services have their own terms. ViMai does not speak for those parties.
Use of the website
Do not submit unlawful content, spam, malware, or another person's data without authority. The contact form is for product, press and partnership questions. Administrators may refuse or remove abusive material.
Products and Web Apps
Store listings (when live) and Web App / add-to-home-screen installs are different channels. The Web App guide does not replace Apple or Google terms. Study products do not guarantee exam results. Health-logging products are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat or prevent disease.
Limitation
The Website is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, ViMai is not liable for indirect loss from relying on introductory copy or from network interruption. Fuller terms will be added when the operating entity is confirmed.
Governing law
To the extent permitted, these terms are interpreted under the laws of Vietnam. Please try to resolve disputes first by emailing [email protected].
